So it's like a hotdog. The only way to make more money is to make a bigger hotdog. There's no incentive to make a cheaper hotdog by replacing real meat with more pink slime. And users don't really care anyway, still tastes good. Eventually the hotdog becomes too big for people to swallow and that's when we start moving away from a buffet towards a lunch menu (value-based care?) eventually landing at an à la carte menu (cash-pay).
